Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy

Please read our cancellation, replacement, and refund terms carefully before placing your order. These terms apply alongside our Returns & Replacement Policy.

Replacements & Refunds

  • Every order is carefully inspected and quality-checked before dispatch.
  • Replacement requests are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or with a missing item during transit.
  • A clear, uninterrupted parcel opening video — from opening the sealed courier package until the product is completely unfolded, showing both the front and back — is mandatory for every claim. Claims without this video cannot be processed.
  • Size-related exchanges, returns, or refunds are not available. Please review your size, quantity, cart, and address carefully before ordering.
  • We do not accept returns or replacements for change of mind or preference.
  • We do not issue cash refunds. An approved transit-damage claim is resolved with a replacement of the same product.

How To Raise A Claim

  • Report the issue within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@90sretro.in with your order ID and the original, uncut parcel opening video.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and labels intact.
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package condition, the original tags and labels, and the damage, defect, or missing item highlighted.
  • If your order contains multiple products, only the affected product will be reviewed under the claim.
  • Insufficient evidence, a cut or edited video, or visible signs of tampering with the package may result in the claim being declined. In all such cases, 90sRetro reserves the right to take the final decision.

Combos, Sets & Gift Boxes

  • Any single item in a combo, set, or gift box cannot be replaced or returned separately.

Cancellation Policy

  • Considering operational constraints, we do not offer order cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your cart, address, size, quantity, and payment method carefully before confirming your order.
